The North Texas Retriever Club is a group of people with a common passion and love of training retrievers. Our dogs compete in AKC Field Trials, Hunt Tests as well as being wonderful hunting and family companions.

    1976 National Open Champion (at 3 years old)

    More than 70 FC titled offspring

    142 AA points (74 Open Points 68 Amateur Points)

  • '84 NAFC FC Cody and FC AFC Percy

    1984 NAFC FC Trumarcs Zipcode and FC AFC Trumarcs Hot Pursuit

    “Cody” won the 1984 National Amateur Retriever Championship, had 444 All-Age Points and qualified for 20 Nationals and 7 time National Finalist and a 5 time Double Header winner. Son of Honcho.

    “Percy” had 154 All-Age points. Son of Honcho. Sired 36 FC and/or AFC including NFC Vinwoods Takes A Lickin’ “Timex”.

  • FC AFC Trumarcs Lean Cuisine

    “Kweezy” had 141 All-Age points. 6 Time National Open Qualifier and 2 time finalist. 6 time National Amateur Qualifier and 1 time finalist.

    A great competitor and a prolific producer of 10 FC and/or AFC and one National Field Champion (2013 NFC AFC Trumarcs Dot Come).
